- Secure disposal. We dispose of records containing personal information in a manner intended to render the information unreadable or undecipherable, consistent with N.C. Gen. Stat. § 75-64.
North Carolina residents who believe their personal information has been misused may contact the North Carolina Department of Justice, Consumer Protection Division, at ncdoj.gov or 1-877-566-7226.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
